What This Garage Door Company in Round Rock Actually Is
A garage door company with one city on its books, and a small mobile crew that repairs doors in it. Springs, openers, cables, rollers, track and new doors, in the roughly 37 square miles of Round Rock and the neighborhoods with Round Rock addresses just outside the line. That is the whole business.
The work arrives by phone, day and night, and it is nearly all breakage rather than upkeep: a spring that let go at seven in the morning, a cable that unspooled, an opener that will not close the door on a Sunday. A tune-up is the one thing people book in advance.
Where the Name Comes From
Round Rock is named after an actual rock: a flat, table-shaped slab sitting in the creek at a low-water crossing that cattle drovers on the Chisholm Trail used to ford. The local post office took the name in 1854, and the rock is still there, marked with a state historical plaque at Chisholm Trail Crossing Park.
We took the plainest name we could. Care is what a door needs before it breaks and after we have fixed it, and it fits an outfit whose job is mostly stopping small faults from becoming expensive ones.
Claims You Will Not Find on This Site
Plenty of trade sites lead with a star rating, a founding year and a wall of badges. We have left all of that off, deliberately, because we cannot prove any of it to you from a web page.
- No review scores or testimonials, because nothing here is verified
- No years-in-business figure and no invented family history
- No license, certification or award numbers we could not show you
- No manufacturer badges implying a dealership we do not hold
What is left is checkable. Our prices are published as ranges on every service page, our hours are genuinely around the clock, and the warranty goes on the invoice in writing where you can hold us to it.
Four Promises We Can Actually Keep
Diagnosis, then price
We look at the door, test the balance and check the hardware before a figure is mentioned. Sight-unseen quotes are guesses dressed as confidence.
Parts already with us
Springs in the common gauges, cable sets, drums, bearings, rollers, seal and the boards that fail most often. That is why most calls finish on the first visit.
The cheaper answer, said out loud
If a repair beats a replacement, you will hear it. If the second spring has years left, you will hear that too, even though selling you both is easier.
In writing before we go
Part, cycle rating, warranty term and labor guarantee on the invoice. A promise made on a driveway is worth nothing the day you need it.
The jobs themselves, with prices, are set out across our seven service pages, and the streets we drive are listed on the service areas page. If you would rather just talk to somebody, the contact page has the number and the hours.
Rather talk it through than read about us?
Open 24 hours, seven days a week. Describe the door and we will tell you what it needs.
